Our Story

As parents of a son with Autism, Jackie and Wilson Rueda recognized the positive effects that a nutritional diet with natural high-quality ingredients had on his physical and behavioral health.

Their son, Santi was diagnosed with autism at the age of two, which they found reasoned for his lack of speech development from birth. Santi had undergone countless hours in therapy but still remained silent.

After two years of minimal progress made through therapy, the Rueda’s decided to start Santi on a preservative-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free diet they’d read about. Just two weeks after beginning the diet, Santi said his very first word.

Experiencing how the consumption of certain foods can change a life first-hand, the Rueda’s discovered their passion for creating wholesome, healthy meals, and providing this for the community.
