Green Vida Company is a health focused cafe and juice bar. Our mission statement is to serve “Real food made with love and transparency.” We strive to serve fresh, whole, organic, Non-GMO, local and minimally processed foods. We provide quality food with complete transparency. This means you will know what you are being served and how your food is being prepared. All of our food has meaning and was created by personal inspiration. We value our customers and aspire to provide you with excellent customer service, quality food, clean facilities and a friendly and inviting atmosphere. If we don’t live up to your expectations we will make it a goal to achieve. We value our employees and foster an honest, friendly, socially responsible, and non-discriminatory work environment. What is Cold-Pressed Juice?

Cold-press is a two-step process.  Fruits and vegetables are chopped and fall into in a cloth filter bag, then squeezed in a real press.  During the squeezing process the fruit is not grinding against a screen like other juicing methods, it is completely stationary.  It is a gentle, natural process. Nutrients like vitamins and minerals, soluble fiber, living enzymes, and phytonutrients are all contained in the juice. Other juicers extract juice by forcing the plants against a sharp screen and the friction creates heat.  It is important that consumers know the difference.  We also do not use any form of pasteurization or HPP (high pressure pasteurization). Our juices are all cold-pressed, organic, and raw, leaving nutrients intact.  We are the only cold-pressed juice bar in the Lehigh Valley that presses and bottles in house.  

About the Owners

As a mother of a son with Autism, Jackie recognized the positive effects a nutritional diet with real, quality ingredients had on his physical and behavioral health.  She and her husband Wilson want to share her passion for wholesome food with the community.
